Development at Lot 871 Goodwood Road, Capel began in March 2008. The contract includes removal of vegetation, installation of water mains and water reticulation, drainage infrastructure, gravity sewer, sewer pump station and pressure mains and the installation of service utilities. Construction activity is also inclusive of earthworks, roadworks, retaining walls and all associated works.
